ElitePupBreeds may revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any updates.

NOTICE OF ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER

Post hyperlinks or keyword stuffing
Post dogs for modeling/talent jobs
Send unsolicited promotions or spam
Attempt to scrape, copy, or duplicate ElitePupBreeds data
Reverse engineer any software on the Site
Use bots, scrapers, robots, or unauthorized tools to access the Site
Frame or deep-link ElitePupBreeds content

6. Registration Information

If you create an account, reserve a puppy, or submit information, you may be required to provide personal details including your name, address, phone number, and email.

You agree that ElitePupBreeds may:

Use the information for account creation, communications, and order processing
Share necessary information with trusted third-party partners
Offer third-party services based on your preferences

7. User Account Responsibilities

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

Keeping your login credentials secure
All activity under your account
Immediately notifying ElitePupBreeds of any unauthorized access

ElitePupBreeds is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account.

By opting into our SMS service, you agree to:

Receive SMS messages related to puppy updates, marketing, alerts, and transactional notifications
Standard messaging and data rates may apply
Frequency of messages may vary

9. Mobile Application

The ElitePupBreeds App allows customers to:

Access puppy travel updates
Chat with ElitePupBreeds representatives
Receive delivery notifications
Manage transportation arrangements
Submit and view puppy photos

Verification via SMS or email may be required.

10. Site Accuracy & Liability Disclaimer

ElitePupBreeds does not guarantee that:

The Site will operate error-free
The server is free of viruses or harmful elements
All information is accurate, complete, or updated

All Site content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

ElitePupBreeds is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
ElitePupBreeds’ total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to ElitePupBreeds within the last 12 months
