Coverage for any life-threatening congenital defects. We require immediate notification and veterinary documentation to honor this portion of our guarantee.
First 2 Years
Comprehensive coverage for hereditary and genetic disorders specific to your puppy’s breed. This includes conditions like hip dysplasia, eye disorders, and heart conditions that are common to certain breeds.
Making a Claim
If you believe your puppy has a condition covered by our health guarantee, follow these steps:
Contact Us Immediately
Notify us within 48 hours of diagnosis via phone or email with details of the condition.
Provide Documentation
Submit veterinary records, diagnosis details, and treatment plans from a licensed veterinarian.
Review Process
We will review the claim and may request a second opinion from our designated veterinarian.
Resolution
Based on the findings, we will determine the appropriate course of action which may include reimbursement or replacement.

- Common ailments like parasites, kennel cough, or minor infections

- Conditions that occur after the guarantee period has expired
Our health guarantee is void if the puppy is resold, given away, or transferred to another owner without our written consent. Proper veterinary care, nutrition, and living conditions must be maintained to keep the guarantee valid.
Frequently Asked Questions
All our puppies receive comprehensive health examinations at 6 weeks and again before placement. They are examined for congenital defects, proper development, and overall health. Vaccinations and deworming are administered according to veterinary guidelines.
We have a lifetime return policy for any puppy purchased from us. If at any point you can no longer care for your dog, we require that you return them to us rather than rehoming them yourself. There are no time limits or restrictions on this policy.
